Lucy is the Founder and Managing Partner of Token Bay Capital – a venture capital firm that invests in crypto and blockchain startups with a presence in Abu Dhabi and Hong Kong.
Lucy has focused exclusively on the crypto space since 2018. Prior to founding Token Bay Capital in 2021, she was a senior leader of PwC’s global crypto team where she advised entrepreneurs and financial institutions on their crypto and blockchain projects and worked with central banks and other regulatory bodies to help formulate their crypto-asset frameworks and policies.
Lucy has a traditional finance background having worked in banking and asset management for Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, and Schroders. In 2023, the Hong Kong securities regulator (SFC) appointed her as a Member of their FinTech Advisory Group to help facilitate policy deliberation on the convergence between crypto and traditional financial markets.
A trusted voice, keynote speaker and regular contributor to mainstream media, she has been featured by Bloomberg, CNBC, The FT, Fortune Magazine, Business Insider and several other top finance and crypto publications.
Lucy graduated from the University of Oxford.

Karim has over 12 years of experience in investment strategy, fund structuring, and capital formation across emerging and frontier markets.
He was a venture capitalist at Quadrian, a UAE-based strategic advisory and investment firm focused on Special Economic Zones, innovation ecosystems, and high-growth startups.
Karim has held senior leadership roles at 2050 Capital and Fieldstone Private Capital Group, contributing to fund design, investor syndication, and institutional-grade due diligence frameworks.
He was part of the founding team at Casablanca Finance City, where he helped build Morocco’s flagship financial center and business hub.
Karim began his career at Time Inc., developing regional growth strategies across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Karim holds a Bachelor of Science and a Global Master’s in Management, with a specialization in Foreign Direct Investment and Emerging Markets from the London School of Economics (LSE).
Karim also holds a Diploma in Private Equity from the London Business School (LBS).

Brian has over 25 years of experience within the financial and non-financial space, six of which have been exclusively within the crypto and blockchain industry.
He spent the first decade of his career with Big Four accounting firms including five years with PwC and five years with Deloitte in Financial Advisory.
He went on to hold senior leadership roles within well-known institutions including as Managing Director for G4S, the world’s largest security company with operations in more than 90 countries.
Brian is also an entrepreneur having co-founded two companies: Exellar, a risk management and advisory company, and TransFair AG, a crypto/fiat bank aiming to service cross border payment processing between Europe and Asia.
Brian also worked in Private Wealth as the Chief Operating Officer and Board Member of Mason Privatbank Liechtenstein.
Brian is currently the group CFO of Auros Group, a crypto market maker and broker, and he is leading the company’s application for a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) license in the British Virgin Islands and the Digital Payment Token (DPT) service providers license with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
