Lucy is the Founder and Managing Partner of Token Bay Capital – a venture capital fund investing into Web3 and crypto startups.

Lucy has focused exclusively on the crypto space since early 2018. Before founding Token Bay she was a senior leader of PwC’s global crypto team where she advised entrepreneurs and financial institutions on their crypto and blockchain projects and worked with central banks and other regulatory bodies to help formulate their crypto asset frameworks and policies. As part of PwC’s Deals team, Lucy also helped crypto startups raise capital from strategic investors in Asia.

Lucy has a traditional finance background having worked in banking and asset management for Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and Schroders. In 2023, she was appointed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) as a Member of their FinTech Advisory Group to help facilitate policy deliberation in the Web3 space.

Lucy is a trusted voice, keynote speaker and regular contributor to mainstream media, helping to educate and inform others about the promise of the technology. She has been featured by Bloomberg, CNBC, Fortune Magazine, Business Insider, the South China Morning Post and several other top finance and crypto publications.

Born and raised in Hong Kong and educated in the UK, she graduated from the University of Oxford with a degree in Modern History.
